Founders’ Legacy: Norma & Gregory Banks
Norma and Gregory Banks shared a rare and powerful partnership—one built on love, vision, and a commitment to create a lasting impact beyond themselves. Though they never had children of their own, they believed deeply in building a legacy that would support and empower the next generation within their family. Their nieces and nephews were not just relatives to them—they were the heirs to their vision, the future carriers of the values and mission they poured their lives into.
Norma, born and educated in the Philippines, was a talented chemist driven by her passion for product innovation and quality. With a degree in Chemical Engineering, she dedicated her career to developing solutions that improved lives while meeting the highest standards of safety and regulatory approval. Her expertise laid the scientific foundation for everything Generitech would become.
Gregory, a proud U.S. military veteran with a strong background in management and operations, brought structure, leadership, and strategic direction. His commitment to discipline and excellence helped transform a dream into a thriving, structured business.
Together, they built not just a company—but a generational legacy. Their dream was never about personal success alone; it was about creating something that would outlive them, something their nieces and nephews could be proud to inherit and continue. Their story is not defined by the absence of children, but by the abundance of purpose—they chose to build an enduring legacy that would uplift their family name for generations to come.
"Our legacy is not measured by what we keep, but by what we build and leave behind
for those who come after us." – Norma & Gregory Banks
